1. Services – No Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on hair treatments, hair extension installations, or any other services once they have been completed.

By booking and receiving a service, you acknowledge that:

  • The service is tailored to your individual needs.

  • The final outcome may vary depending on your natural hair, scalp, and maintenance.

  • You have provided informed consent prior to the service (verbally or in writing).

If you are unsatisfied, you must notify us within 7 calendar days. We will offer a complimentary in-salon consultation and may propose a correction or partial solution at the salon’s discretion, but no monetary refunds will be issued.


2. Deposits & Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • No-shows and last-minute cancellations (under 2 hours) result in forfeiture of the deposit or full charge, depending on the service.


3. Products – Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unused, unopened retail products within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid receipt.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method once the item is returned and inspected.

We do not accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products

  • Brushes, clips or accessories for hygiene reasons

  • Hair extensions once removed from packaging


4. Gift Vouchers & Promotional Packages

  • Vouchers are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person.

  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Promotional packages are non-refundable but may be rescheduled if cancelled with proper notice.


5. Klarna & ClearPay Purchases

If you paid using Klarna or ClearPay, please note:

  • Refunds processed to Klarna or ClearPay will exclude a 5% processing fee to cover non-refundable merchant charges.

  • This applies to both product and deposit refunds.

  • Refunds will be processed via the same platform, and your Klarna/ClearPay account will be updated accordingly.

6. Faulty Products

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with photos and a description. We will evaluate the case in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and either offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.


7. How to Request a Refund or Raise an Issue
