Rules of the "game - Giveaway Hollywood Hair" Contest

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The Competition is conducted in the form of a public promise of a competition prize within the meaning of Articles 919–921 of the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition").

2. These regulations define the rules and conditions of participation in the Competition called "Game - giveaway Hollywood Hair", organized via the social media platforms Instagram and Facebook (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), the method of informing about the Competition and its terms, the duration of the Competition, the rules for awarding prizes, the announcement of results and the procedure for submitting complaints (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations").

3. All materials published by the Organizer are for informational purposes only. These Terms and Conditions are the only binding document.

4. The competition is not a promotional lottery within the meaning of the Gambling Act and is not subject to its provisions.

ORGANIZER

5. The Competition Organizer is Klaudia Duszyńska, running a business under the name Hollywood Hair, ul. Peonii 20/10, 02-804 Warsaw, NIP: 5060093284, REGON: 147365472, with the following profiles:
   – Instagram: @hollywoodhair_official
   – Instagram: @hollywoodhair_store
   – Facebook: Hollywood Hair
   (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

TIME AND PLACE OF THE COMPETITION

6. The competition is organized exclusively in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

7. The competition begins on the day the competition post is published and runs until February 22, 2026, 11:59 p.m.

8. The results of the Competition will be announced on February 23, 2026 in stories on the Organizer's profiles.

PURPOSE OF THE COMPETITION

9. The aim of the Competition is to conduct a giveaway promotional campaign using the ManyChat tool, increase user engagement on the Organizer's social media and promote Hollywood Hair brand products.

SERVICE DISCLAIMER

10. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

11. The Participant releases Instagram and Facebook from any liability related to the organization of the Competition.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

12. Participation in the Competition is voluntary and free of charge.

13. A participant in the Competition may be a natural person who:
    a) is over 18 years of age and has full legal capacity,
    b) has a place of residence in the territory of the Republic of Poland,
    c) has an active, public account on the Website,
    d) has read the Regulations and accepts them,
    e) complete the Competition Task.

14. Employees of the Organizer and members of their immediate families may not participate in the Competition.

COMPETITION TASK

15. To participate in the Competition, the Participant must:

1. write a comment "VALENTINE" under the competition post,

2. receive a ManyChat message with instructions,

3. complete the tasks indicated in ManyChat, i.e.:
   a) observe the profiles:
   – @hollywoodhair_official
   – @hollywoodhair_store
   – @klaoo
   b) comment on the last 5 posts or reels on each of the above profiles,
   c) save the competition post.

4. additional task (optional):
   answer the question in the second comment: "Which Hollywood Hair product do you love the most and why?"

16. Each Participant may take part in the Competition only once.

COURSE AND DECISION

17. The Organizer will appoint a two-person Competition Committee.

18. The Commission will select 10 (ten) Competition Winners.

19. The Commission's decisions are final.

AWARDS

20. The Competition provides 10 prizes:

Main prizes (10 people):
– AURA – air straightener
– Bloom Mist – hair mist
– Hello Volume – peeling
– HairSpray – hair spray
– Hair Growth Stimulator – rub-in
– 5x MyHair SPA set (shampoo + conditioner)

21. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

22. The Organizer covers the income tax (prize gross-up).

PERSONAL DATA

23. The administrator of personal data is the Organizer.

24. Data are processed in accordance with the GDPR, details are specified in Annex 1.

COMPLAINTS

25. Complaints can be submitted to: reklamacje@hollywoodhair.pl within 14 days of the announcement of the results.

FINAL PROVISIONS

26. The regulations are available at www.hollywoodhair.pl

27. The regulations are subject to Polish law.

The personal data controller is Hollywood Hair Klaudia Duszyńska, ul. Peonii 20/10, 02-804 Warsaw, NIP: 5060093284, REGON: 147365472.

The data is processed for the purpose of conducting the Competition, selecting the Winners, issuing prizes and for tax obligations.

The participant has the right to access the data, correct it, delete it, limit its processing and file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
